Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to all resort staff for IT-related issues. Maintain and troubleshoot the resort's computer systems, networks, and software applications. Install and configure computer hardware, software, and peripherals as needed. Monitor and maintain security measures for the resort's IT infrastructure. Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures. Keep accurate records of IT inventory and equipment maintenance. Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend upgrades or improvements as necessary. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) a plus.
