職責：
  • 負責接待會所賓客並提供優質餐飲服務（包括：上菜、餐桌布置、清潔）；
  • 負責舉行宴會、聚餐等安排；
  • 管理小型會所日常運作（例如物資採購、確保設施清潔、維護設備）；
  • 在有需要時執行其他被指派的職務
要求：
  • 大專或以上學歷，修讀酒店管理或相關學科的會優先考慮；
  • 需要有相關高級餐廳，宴會或VIP 服務經驗；
  • 良好的溝通能力, 普通話流利，略懂英語；
  • 主動並具備較強的獨立處事能力；
  • 注重細節、自律、能夠在壓力下工作、待人有禮及盡責；
  • 能配合彈性上班時間及加班工作要求；

  • Provide premier catering services to guests including serving, table setting, cleaning;
  • Arrange catering events and activities for guests;
  • Maintain daily clubhouse operation (e.g. stock procurement, ensure cleanliness, equipment maintenance);
  • Participate in various ad hoc assignments when necessary
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma holder or above in hospitality management or related disciplines is a advantage;
  • Experience in Clubhouse, Banquet and VIP Customer Service is preferred;
  • Good communication skills, fluent in Mandarin with some knowledge of English;
  • Proactive and with strong independent problem-solving abilities;
  • Attention to detail, self-discipline, ability to work under pressure, polite and responsible;
  • Able to accommodate flexible working hours and overtime needs;
