The individual coordinates and implements projects and escalates production incidents to senior management.ResponsibilitiesCommunications
  • Support automation processes and software; recommend use of any automation tools for notifications and operational processes.
  • Interact with Systems and user groups with implementation of new and revised applications and/or software products for all platforms.
Management/ Staff Supervision
  • Provide direction, guidance, and support to the staff.
  • Ensure the 'Performance Management' process is adhered to by the entire staff.
  • Oversee hiring and staff scheduling.
  • Manage the department budget, project timelines and deliverables.
Documentation
  • Develop and maintain operational documentation, procedures and standards.
  • Review production turnover documentation to ensure proper requirements and schedules are met.
  • Interface with hardware, software and service vendor representatives.
Technology
  • Review and evaluate all Operational issues and events to develop more efficient and effective ways of notification, avoidance and reoccurrence.
  • Support BBH Disaster Recovery process and procedures.
  • Ensure 24x7 technical support coverage.
Education
  • BA/BS degree and/or equivalent work experience.
  • 6 to 8 years data processing experience.
  • Management and leadership experience required.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Client service and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem solving abillities.

The anticipated base salary range(s) shown above are only for the indicated location(s) and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.
