Our team of talented artists graphically records complex ideas into a visually captivating design that tells relatable stories. The Role We're seeking a dynamic and innovative Business Development Manager to grow our exciting creative venture. As the driving force behind our sales efforts, you'll be responsible for crafting comprehensive strategies to meet revenue targets and propel market expansion. Your keen eye for opportunity will drive growth as you cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs to ensure maximum satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Leveraging your expertise, you'll identify new business prospects and utilize various channels to generate leads and expand our client base. Responsibilities Formulate comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share Identify new business opportunities and innovative ways to drive growth within the industry Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences to ensure maximum satisfaction Proactively engage with clients to upsell additional services and foster long-term partnerships Research and identify potential clients, industries, and markets that align with our services Utilize various channels including LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to generate leads and expand our client base Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing our portfolio of illustrations and highlighting the value proposition of our services Lead negotiations with clients, including pricing discussions, contract terms, and project scope; Work closely with the creative team to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements while maximizing profitability Collaborate closely with the creative team, providing insights and feedback to guide the development of new illustrations and creative concepts Monitor sales performance metrics, including revenue targets, pipeline development, and conversion rates Qualifications Must have at least 1-2 years of experience working at a creative agency Must have experience in account management or other client-facing roles Must have great presentation and public speaking skills
