Your main responsibilities Oversee all employees during set-up, service and customer service for each meal Check and/or correct the flavour, presentation, correct temperature of foods and portions prepared before and during meal times Order all supplies required daily from the storeroom, following arrangements with the Sous Chef Provide continuous vocational education and training to all employees Check the food cost in relation to the budgets, as provided by the administration of the resort Oversee and supervise the hygiene and maintenance of all food preparation areas, equipment, freezer rooms and storerooms Your main qualifications/skills Previous work experience as Chef de Cuisine in a 5* resort Culinary Degree Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes in addition to sanitation regulations Excellent organizing and leadership skills Fluency in English (verbal) What to expect from us Becoming a member of an organization that cares about its people, the environment and the local communities.
