This position will focus on managing all international footwear key accounts (Europe, UK, South America, Oceana, and other global), manage all outside sales agents in the UK, and manage all Fox International/Europeand Distributors. This position will be responsible for revenue growth and expanding our market share by developing and maintaining strong relationships with our international network. This role works closely with the Manager, Distributor Sales, our internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies and achieve sales targets in line with company objectives.Deine AufgabenYour missionYour profilePosition Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive international sales plan for dealer and distributor channels to maximize market penetration and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain a large customer base and develop quarterly and annual sales projections
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and distributors, providing ongoing support, training, and product knowledge
  • Conduct regular performance reviews of dealers and distributors, analyzing sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and address any performance gaps
  • Assist with international pricing structures for multiple markets to ensure growth margins
  • Facilitate business development growth and new sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop marketing campaigns, sales collateral, and promotional materials to enhance brand awareness and drive sales
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales team to ensure effective coordination and support for dealers and distributors
  • Work with distributors to develop growth plans in their specific markets
  • Maintain harmony between all competing territories and ensure sales territories are respected by all distributors
  • Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows, industry events, and conferences to showcase our products and expand business opportunities
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, market insights, and regular sales reports to upper management team, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommended actions
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, adapting sales strategies and approaches as needed to maintain a competitive edge
  • Travel internationally to visit dealers and attend meetings
  • Global sales and product training for all Fox sales channels
Dein ProfilYour ProfileSpecific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:
  • Understanding of dealer and distributor networks, their dynamics, and the challenges associated with managing international sales channels
  • Apparel/footwear knowledge
  • Fox product knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at various levels of an organization
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills with a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close high-value deals
  • Microsoft Office Skills
  • Ability to travel on short notice
Position Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Development & Management preferredExperience:
4+ years of experience in sales/account management in related field
Previous sales experienceWork Environment and Physical Requirements:
Office Environment
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
