- Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients within your region across a wide range of verticals.
- Utilize your understanding of Agency/brand/campaigns to ensure objectives and goals are met.
- Maintain a strong focus on Customer Retention Rate and Net Revenue Retention Rate to achieve a quarterly target.
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, presentations and Quarterly Business Reviews with clients.
- Host regular training and education sessions with your clients.
- Regularly report on campaign performance, KPI optimisation, and strategic solutions.
- Set up and manage traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including third-party tag implementation and pixel creation/troubleshooting.
- Experience working with clients throughout the UK market across multiple verticals
- In-depth knowledge of programmatic and media buying
- Proficient in presentation skills for clients
- Experience running Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, or executed through a DSP as a self-serve user
- Proven track record in managing client relationships and growing revenue
- The ability to understand and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge
- Flexibility to travel occasionally to meet with clients within their region
