Design & Build Recruitment are working with a reputable and growing Builder to find a suitably skilled General Foreman or Structures Foreman.Initially, the successful applicant will work on a large scale new build project on the Sunshine Coast. This project is 2 months away from getting out of the ground and will have approx. 3 years on the program.Our client has a well-established and supportive senior leadership team, that maintain a hands on and supportive style. Project timeline management
Scheduling and management of subcontractors
Professional and well communicated management of the established team
All facets of Quality Assurance, including defect identification, and structures
Ability to read and interpret plans
Understanding and adhering to OHS and Building standards
Daily site reporting Project Team
Requirements
Recent experience working on commercial new build projects in excess of $30M
Either general or structures foreman experience
Ability to plan, manage, and sequence subcontractors
High level attention to detail
Will have worked as a foreman on commercial and/or aged care new build projects
QBCC license is an advantage
