This position will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for Digital transformation, technological improvements, streamline processes and enhance overall IT efficiency.- Assist in the Digital service and implementation/support of IT application, Digital & Data analytic tools to support business objectives.- Support the evaluation, selection, and integration of new IT systems and tools.- Assist in collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and propose strategic IT solutions.- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, conduct training and documentation.- Provide support for ongoing IT projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.- Assist in monitoring and evaluating the performance of IT systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement.- Assist in managing and monitoring the IT assets utilization/inventory, Procurement, Budget etc.- Engagi in the compliance process including documentation (eg Policy, SOP).Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.- Solid understanding of IT principles, technologies, and trends.- Familiarity with data analytics concepts and tools (e.g., data visualization, Python, PowerBI).- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new digital/technologies and concepts.- Previous experience in IT support or related roles is a plus.Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Bachelor Degree - Information TechnologyCertifications (if blank, certifications not specified)Required SkillsOptional SkillsDesired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) English, VietnameseTravel Requirements Not SpecifiedAvailable for Work Visa Sponsorship?
