Are you a Skilled Legal Secretary looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and friendly law firm? This company is a reputable firm based in Lutterworth, and is currently seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Private Client Legal Secretary.ABOUT THE ROLE:As a Private Client Legal Secretary, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the firm's Private Client Department. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting solicitors with case preparation, including drafting legal documents, correspondence and forms.
  • Managing client communication, both in person and over the phone, ensuring a professional and friendly manner at all times.
  • Organising and maintaining client files and documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Managing appointments, diary entries and arranging meetings.
  • Undertaking general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the department.
REQUIREMENTS:To be considered for this role, you should have previous experience working as a Legal Secretary, preferably within a Private Client Department. You should have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), strong organisational skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Furthermore, if you have experience in using LEAP Case Management System, that would be advantageous.BENEFITS:£23-25K, 23 days holiday, Free parking.Reference: GD1409
