- Conducting market research and identifying potential clients for the company’s services;
- Setting up and management of a pipeline of new business opportunities (large & enterprise accounts);
- Initiating contact with outbound prospects through various channels (personalized outreach efforts, including emails and LinkedIn messages, social media activity, etc);
- Driving the end-to-end enterprise sales process;
- Consistent in-market presence to be able to analyse key market trends, potential new target audiences, key customer needs and ability to translate those into newly identified opportunities and markets;
- Establishing relationships with VP/C-level buyers;
- Collaborating closely with business development and marketing teams to implement Account Based Marketing strategies;
- Suggesting improvements to optimize the sales processes.
- Fluent Business English is a must;
- 4+ years of experience on a similar position with BPO services (data annotation or curation is preferred);
- Proven track record of success in outbound B2B sales;
- Extensive experience working in the US and the EU markets;
- Being able to showcase experience in closing large and enterprise size deals;
- Experience with Account Based Marketing;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong sales negotiation abilities.
