- Tailor instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with varying abilities and backgrounds.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design curriculum, share best practices, and support student achievement.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress and encourage family involvement in their education.
- Participate in school-wide activities, including religious celebrations, service projects, and extracurricular events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Valid teaching license/certification for primary education.
- Deep understanding of Catholic teachings and a commitment to the mission of Catholic primary education.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and nurturing learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and students.
- Passion for working with young children and helping them develop academically, socially, and spiritually.
