Here are the details:Location: FresnoSchedule: Full Time Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pmTargeted Compensation: $20-28 per hourExcellent benefits package offered, Generous PTOJob Description:

Confirm and apply the most recently provided data by company to process payroll for approved job sites and client
Coordinate with Billing to verify accurate figures and reports are being received with existing strategies used by company.

Communicate, record, and submit payroll to designated departments to process applicable deductions for employees, if applicable.
Process fiscal year-end reports and reconciles W-2 information for accuracy. Report errors in payroll to direct supervisor.
Fill out Payroll Processing task list daily and review with Supervisor weekly. Recap any findings and or performance issues to resolve any inefficiencies in current process.
Documents and communicates to correct department any discrepancies in the company’s process for each client.
Preform weekly, monthly, quarterly totals.

Skills Required:

HS Diploma or equivalent
MS Office (strong Excel skills)
1+years Full cycle payroll experience
3+ years Customer Service
High attention to detail
