• Your Tasks:

• Aggregate expert knowledge in the field of Product Lifecycle Management process and tools
• Conduct and plan user trainings that guarantee an efficient utilization of the product lifecycle management systems and processes
• Co-ordinate user authorization process
• Elaborate and maintain training materials and documentation, according to the guideline and best practice policy of the Hella Group
• Provide expert consultancy to the users and participate at problem resolution
• Co-ordinate the Key-user organization for Product Lifecycle Management
• Lead or participate global projects for system development or the new process roll-out
• Participate at testing of new system releases and support their implementation

• Your Qualifications:

• Technical

• Bachelor (or Master) of Engineering, Computer Science or in a similar field
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English
• Being very familiar with, and interested in different IT tools, especially in the context of Product Development (preferred previous experience in the IT Tool Support or even PLM support)
• Basic Knowledge about Product Lifecycle Management / Product Data Management and experience in usage of such * systems

• Know-how about the product development process
• Experienced in PDM/PLM modules (Document, Material, BOM) (preferred)
• Experienced in product engineering change management (preferred)
• Soft Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills, also in English language
• Highly motivated and able to work independently
• Strong team player
• Open-minded to international cooperation
• Experienced in implementing practical and sustainable solutions
• Tool/ Method Skills

• Product Lifecycle Management tools
