- Definition of the Advanced Customer Experience roadmap & operating model (governance, processes, capabilities, competencies…)
- Coordination of internal teams (business questions / workshops, bidding process, interaction with start-ups, project roll - out, KPI reporting)
- Animation of an internal community of experts
- Take part to the overall animation of the Advanced Customer Experience Transformation journey.
