DescriptionLead and elevate a high performing team to even greater heights!Join our teamAs a member of the Consumer Sales Solutions (CSS) team, you will be accountable for the achievement of agreed upon Key Performance Targets set annually for all portfolios under your responsibility such as Wireline and Wireless Acquisition & Upsell. You will also be accountable for the achievement of both Call Quality & Voice of Customer targets and cost efficiency targets through your assigned third party contact center (third party vendor) both nationally and/or internationally. In this role a willingness and ability to travel both domestically and/or internationally will be required.Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish togetherYou will develop and cultivate relationships with our third party international organizations & internal CSS and Direct to Consumer (D2C) teams to drive sales performance for TELUS' consumer market. How? By developing high performing teams of sales agents who are focused on the customer experience through directional influence. You will also be an integral part of developing new processes and techniques to continually raise the bar on Customer Experience, sales performance and efficiency.Here's how

QualificationsYou're the missing piece of the puzzle
  • Experience with contact centre operational processes, key performance indicators and relative technology
  • You are an effective problem solver with strong analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of the TELUS consumer suite of product offerings
  • Valued for communication and presentation techniques within a sales environment
  • Passionate about our Customer First Philosophy
  • Highly self-directed with the ability to work in the face of ambiguity
  • Known for being able to effectively manage multiple priorities at all times with strong organizational skills
  • You have a strong collaborative approach with the ability to negotiate win/win situations
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
Great-to-haves
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry including Consumer Wireline, Home Security & Wireless lines of business
  • Background in sales leadership (retail, call center, D2D, etc.)
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a contact center environment either in an Operations and/or Account management role
Salary Range: $78,000-$118,000Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 12%Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
