- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry including Consumer Wireline, Home Security & Wireless lines of business
- Background in sales leadership (retail, call center, D2D, etc.)
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a contact center environment either in an Operations and/or Account management role
