- Coordinate the admission process for our residential facilities, ensuring rapid, consistent, and responsive support to clients and regional offices.
- Accurately collect and assess screening information from potential patients and their family members.
- Monitor and manage all digital communication channels, such as chat, web forms, and emails, used by individuals seeking information about our programs.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance consistently while upholding Bradford’s core values, standards, and policies.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of signs and symptoms related to chemical dependency in both adults and adolescents.
- Collaborate effectively with various leadership teams, including Executive Directors, Centralized Admissions Director, VP of Admissions, Recovery Advisory Center Director, Regional Managers, and Facility Admissions personnel.
- Display proficiency in utilizing appropriate emergency, benevolent, and self-help referral resources to provide valuable support to individuals in need.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required), with an Associate degree (preferred).
- Must have at least 1 year of medical insurance verification preferred
- Must have at least 2 years of progressive responsibility in the Crisis Response Division preferred
- Showcase a strong understanding of substance use and substance use disorders.
- Demonstrate proficiency in marketing and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with various stakeholders, including referrals, management, coworkers, patients, potential patients, and families.
- Maintain regular attendance, including participation in conference calls and onsite meetings when necessary.
- Be flexible and available for travel as required for job responsibilities.
- Possess basic computer skills and proficiency in typing.
- Collaborate effectively and work cooperatively with coworkers, managers, potential patients, and their families.
- Successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Maintain reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, personal automobile liability insurance, and a driving record that permits coverage under the company’s automobile liability policy if necessary.
- Possess current CPR certification and the ability to effectively administer CPR when needed.
- Maintain a high level of alertness at all times to ensure job tasks are performed safely.
- Demonstrate the capability to walk approximately one-half mile within the facility and on the premises during an eight-hour shift.
- Able to sit from one-half hour to four hours per eight hours
- Able to frequently ascend and descend stairs
- Must be able to frequently lift and move up to 30 lbs.
- If recovering, two years of continuous verifiable abstinence
