Biodata is looking for an experienced and talented Corporate Controller to join ourFinance Department and become an essential part of our growing global company. Manage the finance teams across all subsidiaries, ensuring consistent

financial practices and adherence to corporate policies and procedures.

Oversee the preparation, consolidation, and reporting of weekly, monthly,

quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with generallyaccepted accounting principles (GAAP).

Develop and enforce financial policies and systems across the parent

company and subsidiaries to ensure integrity and compliance with GAAP andregulatory requirements.

Facilitate collaboration between subsidiary finance team and the corporate

office, fostering a cohesive financial reporting framework.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting

requirements and tax filings, coordinating with subsidiaries to streamlineprocesses.

Coordinate with external auditors for the annual audit, ensuring efficient and

comprehensive audit processes across the organization.

Implement and maintain internal control policies and procedures to safeguard

assets and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.

Assist in monitoring and maintaining the company’s KPIs.

Ad-hoc projects as well as automation projects and process improvements.

Requirements

A degree in Accounting and CPA certification required.

Internship in one of the Big 4 accounting firms.

At least 2 years as Controller/Assistant Controller.

Demonstrated high level of responsibility and excellent management skills.

Well-organized with the ability to prioritize and meet demanding deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people on all levels of

an organization.

Self-starter and independent, with multi-tasking and great time management skills.

Versatile and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced working

environment.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent computer skills with experience in NetSuite (advantage).

High level of English.
