Job Highlights

Responsibilities:

To prepare ad-hoc analyses to support group strategic plans and commercial decisions.
To handle full set of P&L for HK region
To prepare monthly reports and related fluctuation analysis on assisting management better understand HK operations
Work directly with HQ Finance on the company’s M&A activities when needed - providing support on due diligence, valuation and business modeling.
Assist and lead the monthly and annual budgeting, business forecasting and related fluctuation analysis
To handle the annual audit and tax filing with contracted auditor
Assists in admin & HR related matters
Manage Bank and Intercompany reconciliations.

Requirements:

Degree holder in Accountancy/ Finance or related disciplines. Professional accountancy qualification such as HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 6 years of working experience, experiences in Internet or App businesses would be preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and English / Chinese word processing
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is essential
Self-motivated, able to work independently and meet deadlines
Self-motivated, responsible and with can-do attitude
Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of accounting system (SAP experience would be an advantage)
