- Respond to IT support requests from clients via phone, email, or ticketing system. Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, networking, and peripherals
- Identify root causes of IT problems and provide timely and effective solutions. Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications according to client requirements and company standards
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, patches, and backups to ensure the stability, security, and performance of IT systems
- Associate degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in an IT services environment
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and software applications
- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT) are a plus but not required
