KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
· Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
· Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software.
· Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.
· Ability to write simple correspondence. Read and understand visual aid.
· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
· Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
· Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
· Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
· Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.一．任职要求
1.CNC工作7年以上，并从事CAM编程5年以上；
2.了解金属制品加工流程及相关工艺，会制作相关DFM.
3.熟练使用UG软件编程,对曲面造型比较熟练，熟悉5轴CNC；
4.熟悉不锈钢及铝材加工工艺，对于CNC加工设备及工艺充分了解；
5.根据加工的材料能够能够合理设计、选用刀具及加工参数；
6.有强烈的团队合作意识，服从上级的安排管理，工作态度严谨细心,责任心强，能适应加班。
二．岗位职责
1.制程规划、加工时间评估；
2.刀具设计、刀具异常处理；
3.程序设计、制程验证、CT优化；
4.治具方案检讨、DFM方案检讨；
