UBS RecruitingYour teamYou will be working in the Asset Management Middle Office Trade Processing service, providing confirmation and settlement services for Securities and FX trading activity within UBS Asset Management. The Team is responsible for processing asset classes and instruments such as equities, fixed income, FX, TBA's, Repo's, money market products and collective funds. This role is to support our US activities, therefor required cover is from 16:00 till 0:00 CET.The team, based in Poland, is part of a global function which has presence in London, Wroclaw, Krakow, Chicago, Zurich and Singapore. The Team works in close conjunction with Portfolio Manager, Traders, Brokers, Custodians and various global Operations teams.Your expertiseYou have:

3+ years exposure within a trade processing environment of an asset manager or custodian function (highly desirable)
an understanding of Global Markets and a wide range of Security Instruments
a strong risk-awareness mentality and knowledge of global regulations for Asset Managers
strong written and verbal communication skills
the ability to multi-task and solve problems

You are:

fluent in English
adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills
highly numerate and have excellent PC skills, including excel
accountable for your actions
able to work collaboratively within a team
able to add constructive challenge
delivery orientated
