- Executing paid media campaigns while working with nationally recognised brands and large budgets

- Owning the execution and success of paid media campaigns - you won't just talk about your dreams of brilliantly built campaigns, you will execute on them
- Working together with our incredible teams, including the engineers building our proprietary technology, our web designers and developers working on our websites, and our customer journey teams building top-notch digital experiences.
- Managing accounts including campaign optimisation, budget management, and testing ideation and execution.
- Supporting the Director of Paid Media and CMO
- Experience owning execution on multiple paid media accounts, in particular paid social accounts such as META, TikTok and YouTube.
- Experienced user of GA4
- A creative approach with the ability to craft messaging and brief design creatives specific for each audience at scale.
- A high attention to detail with the ability to provide quality control of ad creatives and ad content, monitor and report performance on a regular basis.
- Research on platform improvements and new offerings in the paid media space.
- Demonstrated success in developing, launching, A/B testing and scaling paid social campaigns.
- Ability to work on the right things, in the right order with the right intensity.
