Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation strategy aligned with the organization's long-term objectives, leveraging industry best practices and emerging trends. Define the scope, objectives, and roadmaps for transformation programs, encompassing technology, processes, and organizational changes.
2. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation projects through the development and management of project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk registers.
3. Lead change management and implementation efforts to drive adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability. Identify potential risks, challenges, and barriers to successful transformation and develop mitigation strategies.
4. Collaborate closely with departmental leaders, senior executives, and key stakeholders to identify opportunities for transformation, streamline processes, and improve organizational effectiveness.
5. Implement technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, facilitate collaboration, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
6. Establish metrics, KPIs, and performance dashboards to track the progress of transformation initiatives, providing regular updates and insights to senior leadership. Prepare financial models and ad hoc financial analysis to inform ROI targets and project prioritization. Prepare reports and presentations for leadership to inform decision-making, areas for improvement, and achievements.
7. Build and lead a high-performing transformation team, providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to drive individual and collective success.
8. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, leadership, , partners, vendors, and industry associations, to gain insights, foster collaboration, and drive collective impact.
9. Craft comprehensive communication documents, identifying key messages, channels, mediums, and timelines with messaging tailored to resonate with different stakeholder groups concerns and motivationsMarginal or Additional Functions
1. Participates in on-going staff meetings, training activities and continuing education to maintain relevant understanding and knowledge of business operations, related procedures and processes.
2. Performs other duties as assigned or apparent.Supervisory and Managerial Responsibility
  • This position does not have direct supervisory responsibility but may lead and mentor others.
Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesEducation, Licensure or Certification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management, Engineering, or related field
  • MBA, Project Management, Change Management or Six Sigma certifications preferred
Work Experience or Related Experience:
  • Five or more years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, corporate development, or transformational project management preferred
  • Experience with healthcare preferred not required.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex transformation initiatives in a large organization, preferably within healthcare. Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, with experience driving
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean Six Sigma) and enterprise-level technology implementations.

  • Outstanding problem-solving skills – ability to define and structure problems, collect and analyze data, and synthesize defendable recommendations into an action plan
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
  • Understanding of finance and accounting concepts with ability to develop financial models
  • Attention to detail and highly organized, with an ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to build consensus, inspire teams, and drive results in a matrixed environment.
  • Good analytical skills to review data, correlate information, and provide a summary of findings
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills to run, analyze and present data as described
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow standard operating procedures with regard to patient data to ensure compliance with HIPAA is required
Equipment:
  • Working knowledge of a PC, business and communications software (MS Office) and web-based tools are required
Travel Requirements and Conditions
  • Occasional travel will be required including overnight travel
