Develop and implement financial strategies to support the business growth in the Philippines.
Lead local financing initiatives with banks and family offices for both equity and debt financing.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the Philippine operations.
Manage and monitor financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulatory standards.
Coordinate with the headquarters financial team in Shanghai to align financial operations and strategies.
Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team in the Philippines.
Ensure compliance with national regulations, including those set by the SEC and CIC.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Over 10 years of experience in a senior financial role, ideally as a CFO or Financial Controller in the Philippines.
Experience in the Fintech or banking industry.
Proven track record in successfully engaging and securing investors.

Preferred Qualifications:

A Master's Degree or CPA qualification is preferred, but not required.
