- Develop compelling messages and creative content aligned with the brand’s strategy and tone for posts, threads, captions, and other social media formats.
- Adapt messaging for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.) while maintaining Disney+’s tone and identity.
- Create engaging content for global premieres, local releases, and catalog titles, ensuring relevance and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop creatives that enhance the copy.
- Monitor digital and cultural trends to generate timely and relevant content.
- Adjust and optimize copy based on performance metrics and audience feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective communication of launches and campaigns.
- 1-2 years of experience in creative copywriting for social media (ideally in entertainment, media, or agencies).
- Degree in Communication, Advertising, or related fields.
- Advanced level of English.
- Strong conceptualization skills, with the ability to turn a concept into a 360° campaign.
- Experience with social media management tools (Sprinklr, Hootsuite, etc.) and metric analysis is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms.
- Deep understanding of platform dynamics and content formats across social media.
- Ability to write in various tones and styles, from epic to fun.
- Creativity to transform premiere and catalog content into compelling messages for the audience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to quick changes.
- Passion for entertainment and knowledge of the Disney+ ecosystem.
