- Assist with the processing of Accounts Receivable invoices and maintain invoice register.
- Preparation of daily Bank Reconciliations and investigate any issues.
- Maintain and reconcile Corporate Traveller clearing account and process Travel Claims.
- Assist in maintenance and reconciliation of the Travel Float and Travel Advances.
- Maintenance of Prepayment Schedule and processing of month end journals.
- Preparation of monthly Financial Accounts for overseas subsidiary including month-end reconciliations.
- Preparation of regular business returns such as BAS, IAS and ABS Surveys etc.
- Assist with the preparation of the annual Fringe Benefits Tax return.
- Qualification in Accounting or near completion of one.
- Ability to process, investigate and analyse financial information.
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop relationships at all levels, within the Company and externally.
- An Australian Citizen; and
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an AGSVA Baseline security clearance.
