Our Regional Head office in Mediterranean area, with office in Athens (Syngrou Avenue), is looking for a candidate to fulfill the following position: Operating Expenditure Team – Accounts Payable Specialist Job Description: Check and process invoices and expense claims. Verify the Disbursement Accounts against port tariffs and contracts with vendors. Address inquiries and provide assistance to agents. Communicate effectively with vendors, agents, and internal departments. Process and review Statement of Accounts, perform reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, arrange payments. Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze and manipulate data. Requirements: Strong knowledge of shipping operations. Aptitude in working with figures. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
