2. Assists Japanese Staff for all transactions and dealings requiring translations and interpretations.Admin AssistantWhenever there are no translation works, you will be also handling administrative affairs such as:1. Assist the Admin-HR Manager in filing and updating of 201 files.
2. Prepare reports needed for payroll such as Attendance, Leave Request, Overtime Request taken from the HRIS.
3. Monitoring and updating of Attendance List (absences, tardiness, memos)
4. Prepare governmental reports and other office correspondences as needed and instructed by the Manager.
5. Responsible for the incoming and outgoing phone calls.
6. Assist in making bookings and reservations for hotel, restaurants, food delivery, etc.
