- Exceptional knowledge of Google Analytics (GA360 & GA4).
- Highly proficient in using Google Analytics and visualisation/dashboarding tools (e.g Looker Studio and Power BI).
- Possess solid exposure to SQL and ideally Google Bigquery.
- A strong background and expertise in a similar role is essential.
- Experience within a retail environment is desirable.
- Work alongside the trade team to ensure the website is trading as effectively as possible.
- Interrogate web analytics data and look for opportunities for improved website performance and user experience.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive web analytics strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Create and deliver regular reports on web analytics performance to key stakeholders across the company.
- A focus on creating data sources and dashboards enabling others to self-serve on analytics.
- Collaborate closely with the trade and marketing teams to assist with data-driven decision-making.
- Feedback the impact of UX changes and highlight opportunities to web designers.
- Analyse the results of tests in a statistically sound manner.
- Maintaining documentation for web analytics implementation and measurement framework.
