Meet hiring manager for job openings at their site
Post job roles on job boards
Interview with hiring manager
Create a recruitment report
Send interview feedback to candidates not shortlisted
Source for qualified candidates
Phone interview with qualified candidates and shortlist
Send interview invites to shortlisted candidates and follow up
Send offer letters out after final approval
Send emails for onboarding process and follow up
Open a new file for new employee
Ensure everything is set before the new employee resumes and checklists are signed and approved.
