- Partner with business leaders to build insight into existing skills, knowledge and behaviors against future requirements to identify gaps.
- Develop learning strategy and plans to close key gaps, taking into consideration appropriate learning channels and solutions.
- Challenge and influence leaders to ensure the right investment in learning is made and delivery accountabilities are clear.
- Collaborate internally and externally to lead the design and implementation of global learning plans, programs and interventions.
- Align learning and development plans with other people and activities to maximize performance impact, e.g. Heads of Global Functions and Corporate Projects, People Development.
- Leads the change management associated with global learning programs, including sponsor and stakeholder management and operational implementation.
- Promote learning programs and content, ensuring engagement and adoption with all relevant stakeholders.
- Negotiates and manages third-party contracts for the delivery of global learning services, establishing standards and metrics to monitor delivery.
- Ensure that development and deployment processes are in line with our Values, Purpose and ESG ambitions and provide fair access of opportunity for all.
- Gather insights and intelligence about trends and developments in learning from the external marketplace.
- Foster development of a technologically innovative learning culture across the organization, to facilitate learning and improve capability.
- Provide a diverse learning approach to meet group and individual requirements across the organization.
- Continually seek improvement in the our learning offering to maximize impact and meet evolving requirements.
- Generate enthusiasm and commitment to learning plans, programs and practices which enable establishment of a learning culture.
- Develop a robust and measurable business case for learning and development initiatives, and continually seek ways to improve learning activity.
- Master's degree (preferably HR related).
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in Learning and Development function or Talent Management.
- Experience in skills analyses and building framework pathways.
- Strong planner, project manager and change manager.
- Demonstrable consulting, business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and develop the organization's learning culture.
- Ability to identify learning needs, design and implement effective programs.
- Ability to evaluate and research learning and development solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- International mindset / fluent in English.
