Alongside this, they must have the motivation and desire to deliver exceptional extra-curricular provision. The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about learning to the highest standard, committed to maintaining a healthy environment, and who has a sharp eye for detail, to build on the school's successes and contribute to our continuing development.The school's recent change in vision to 'Success For All', is intertwined with the PE department's vision to 'To prepare students for life, through positive and meaningful experiences in PE'. You will be joining a department of highly skilled and dedicated practitioners, which has never had more motivation to make a difference to our students' educational journey. The PE department has introduced a brand new curriculum for our students and the time to make a real impact through PE & Sport for our students is now! Opportunities for you to contribute your own expertise and ideas to make a positive impact within the department and across the whole school are always encouraged.At The Buckingham School, we follow the AQA GCSE Physical Education course, Pearson BTEC Level 1/2/3 Awards, AQA A Level PE and The UK Sports Leaders Award Level 2 & 3. Any prior experience of any of these courses would be advantageous.
