The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. The Executive Assistant must be exceedingly well-organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting Executive Leaders.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to three executive leaders, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the executives.
  • Assist with various tasks, including researching and compiling data, preparing reports, and maintaining relevant documentation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters pertaining to the executive leader.
  • Assist with organizing events and meetings including coordinating logistics, diaries and 3rd party dependencies.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned including expenses, invoices, minutes and follow up actions as recorded or required
  • Comply with the risk and compliance frameworks, policies and procedures associated with the role;
  • Undertake any other ad hoc projects as requested
Requirements:
  • 5 years + proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
  • Ability to plan and anticipate situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • A team player with a flexible, positive attitude towards work
  • Professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills.
