About the jobWe are looking for the right person to join us in the area of SAP HR Authorizations.Your job as a Subject Matter Specialist HR AuthorizationsYou will join our international team, with colleagues in Stockholm, Hamburg, Berlin and Amsterdam, aiming to be best in class when it comes to SAP Authorization management.You will be the expert in the team when it comes to specifically HR Authorizations. A huge opportunity lies in front of you to set the standard for our partly newly insourced HR landscape when it comes to authorization management.In short you will be:

processing HR Tickets (access requests and access issues) and getting it contact with our HR community
requesting managerial accesses
taking care of IAM workflows – checking and approving role requests via the Identity and Access Management System
submitting and follow-up of authorizations tickets handled by IT
participation in various HR projects and meetings

Your profileOur ideal candidateTo be successful in this position we belief you recognize yourself as detail oriented; a team player and good communicator. You have an interest in HR and enjoy making sure data is structured and well organized. Furthermore you bring:

HR process background/experience

affinity with IT systemsMS Office 365 (including MS teams)Location:You will be part of the IT organization, spread over multiple locations in Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland and Denmark. This team specifically is located in Stockholm, Hamburg, Berlin and Amsterdam.
