- Get to know the customers in the markets of the area.
- Communication and meet with customers (incl. potential customers) in the area.
- Enhance relationship with existing customers/ search for new potential customer in the markets.
- Provide information on Principal’s product portfolio and Principal’s price list (incl. standard terms of sales).
- Introduce Principal’s products to the customer.
- Discuss general business opportunities with customers.
- Provide general information related to Principal’s products; promote Principal’s products.
- Provide activities rendered by a Service laboratory for Principal’s products.
- Provide samples to the customer.
- Train the customer regarding product handling (technical assistance).
- Handle customer’s request regarding product information.
- Receive of complaints from the customer and forward them to Principal.
- Propose complaint solutions in individual cases to Principal.
- Go to the customer’s site and understand the customer’s issues.
- Answer technical questions and give technical information related to products, specifically.
- Run market research activities e.g. perform market analysis, competitor’s analysis, product placement analysis, local or regional price level analysis.
- Consult Principal on customer’s potential.
- Participation in fairs, conferences, customer events (e.g. suppliers’ day), ….
- Consult Principal on marketing campaigns.
- Search for potential customer and forward the information to Principal.
- Advise Principal in local business topics.
- Analysis of market opportunities.
- Support customer satisfaction survey upon request of Principal.
- Translation of product information materia
- University degree in chemistry or comparable. Has general understanding of Printing inks or ink jet markets, the market trends and how to translate these trends to new sales opportunities Basic understanding of product performance
