Static HVAC Engineer

- Carry out routine maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC systems in compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Perform inspections and diagnostic assessments to identify and resolve issues related to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Conduct plumbing tasks, such as repairs and installations, as needed to support the facility's operations
- Collaborate with the facilities management team to develop preventive maintenance plans and schedules
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of work performed, including equipment maintenance logs and service reports
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Proven experience as an HVAC Engineer, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including troubleshooting and repair
- Proficiency in plumbing tasks, such as pipe-fitting, repairs, and installations
- Experience working with pumps and motors
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
