Senior Software Engineer (.NET & Azure) - Hybrid Role (Eastern Suburbs)Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, building high-impact software with modern technologies? If so, we want to hear from you!About the RoleWe're seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying robust software solutions using the latest .NET stack and Azure cloud services. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office (Eastern Suburbs) and 2 days working remotely.Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software features using modern .NET technologies (e.g., .NET 6, ASP.NET Core, C#)
  • Leverage Azure cloud services (e.g., Azure App Service, Azure Functions) to build scalable and reliable applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers) to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and foster a collaborative development environment
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in .NET and Azure
  • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Qualifications
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Software Engineer with a strong focus on .NET development
  • In-depth knowledge of .NET platform (C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 6+) and object-oriented programming principles
  • Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience with Azure services (a plus)
  • Experience with designing and implementing software architecture (a plus)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Passion for building high-quality, user-centric software
