Linsco are currently recruiting a Senior Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment of a prestigious car showroom. As the senior member of the site management team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the site management team, including site managers, supervisors, and subcontractors, to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and suppliers to ensure that design specifications and project requirements are met.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and resources, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective management.
  • Monitor progress against project milestones, identifying and addressing any issues or delays that may arise.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure that workmanship and materials meet specified standards.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, updates, and documentation to project stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
  • Manage client expectations and maintain positive relationships through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing commercial construction projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, particularly in the refurbishment of commercial properties.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Relevant certifications and qualifications in construction management, health and safety, and project management.
Qualifications Required:
  • CSCS
  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
