- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs and requirements, and provide technical solutions to meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers to showcase the features and benefits of our products and services
- Prepare technical proposals and quotations, and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for quotes (RFQs)
- Conduct technical evaluations of products and services and provide recommendations to customers
- Develop and deliver technical training programs for customers, partners, and internal teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities and improve product positioning
- Provide feedback to product development teams to improve product features and functionality. Collect and document competitive intelligence to share with the Product team.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network with potential customers and partners
- Provide technical expertise for customer platform and infrastructure integrations with the platform as the subject matter expert.
- Understand and keep up with regulatory and security compliance requirements.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer with a track record selling complex enterprise solutions.
- Experience in global telephony, VoIP and or contact center solutions.
- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives.
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English and preference for fluency in at least one other language spoken in the APAC region.
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to travel within the region and to the US as required.
