- Generate new leads and nurture existing leads to drive business growth
- Value instructions and secure new business opportunities
- Coordinate property listings and photoshoots
- Conduct outreach activities including database calls, door knocking, and webinars
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise lead generation strategies
- Work closely with an admin person to maximise lead generation efforts
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to business development strategies
- Proven experience in business development or sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving license
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, with an additional day around the Christmas period
