  • Be a primary point of contact for external and internal customers of a software, end-users, partners and distributors
  • To handle all inbound and outbound requests from customers and provide assistance in addressing these requests
  • To work 100% on-site on rotational basis during American business hours - shifts start respectively from 14:00 till 22:30 by CET time
  • Proactively provide all the relevant information on the enquired product and explain the features, advantages, and benefits with the accurate technical specifications
  • Initiate required action for issue resolution and communicate to the appropriate personnel including outbound calls for quicker resolution
  • To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles
  • Contribute to knowledge management system in the form of updating or creating policies and procedures
What we expect from you?
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
  • Strong active listening skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in present mode during American business hours (CET time 14:00 - 22:30)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office suites
  • A big advantage will be prior experience with systems such as Salesforce, SAP, DOTI, Hybris
  • Basic understanding of computers, network, software, mobile devices
  • Ownership, responsibility and critical thinking
