- Provide support to students in the classroom, including one-on-one assistance and small group activities
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies
- Participate in planning and preparing educational materials and resources
- Support students with special needs or learning difficulties as directed by the lead teacher
- Collaborate with other staff members and parents to support student learning and development
- Assist with administrative tasks such as record-keeping and gradingRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of students and the school environment
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other languages is a plusLocation: Dubai
