Should be well versed with documentations and have excellent communication skills.Role Purpose:As a business analyst for the Entertainment industry, the role is responsible for constantly engaging with business stake holders to identify innovations and digital enhancement opportunities that are translated into well-articulated, actionable solutions. BA will be instrumental in creating memorable and engaging experiences for our guests through cutting-edge technology. The role would be reporting into the Sr. Project Manager.Definition of Success:- Quality of documentation and business need gathering that lead to minimal change requests.- Stakeholder feedback with a 90% approval rating.- Measurable user adoption of solutions and products.- AED 2Mn + of measurable business enhancements / year.- Less than 5% scope deviation in projects.RequirementsQualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.· Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst working on B2C solutions within retail, entertainment or similar industries.· Strong understanding of digital / IT technologies, including infrastructure, cloud, mobile apps and e-commerce· Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.· Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.· Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is preferred but not required.BenefitsVisa and Medical Insurance
