- Serve as the main coordinator for the PROBIO US factory SAP project, ensuring smooth project progress and comprehensive support post-launch.
- Monitor and analyze daily needs of SAP MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), SD (Sales and Distribution), and QM (Quality Management) modules post-launch to ensure efficient system operation.
- Draft development requirement specifications and organize testing for functional improvements or new reports to ensure they meet business needs and integrate seamlessly.
- Implement post-launch system monitoring to ensure proper operation and quickly resolve any arising issues.
- Manage daily maintenance of SAP MM, PP, SD, and QM modules to ensure system stability and adaptability to changing business needs.
- IT Project Management:
- Lead local IT project management tasks for US Probio, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and oversee project execution to achieve successful outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
- Education: Associate degree or higher.
- Field of Study: Open.
- Industry: Preference for candidates from the Life Sciences or Manufacturing sectors.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the operation or implementation of one or more SAP MM/PP/SD/QM modules. Prior experience in IT project management is desirable.
- Skills: Capable of independently completing backend configurations of one or more MM/PP/SD/QM modules. Preference for candidates with SAP certification, SAP CSV validation experience, and ABAP development experience.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the business processes and knowledge points of one or more SAP MM/PP/SD/QM modules.
- Language: Proficiency in reading, writing and prefer bilingual.
