As the Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the care home and will work closely with the Deputy Manager to lead a team of carers to provide the best standard of care for residents.The service itself is a 60 bed care home, and has a Good CQC rating, it will be an important aspect of the chosen candidtaes job requirements to maintain these high standards of care.Candidate requirements:
- NVQ L5
- Elderly and Dementia specialist
- Registered Manager
