- Support, Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets within the assigned region.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results and foster a culture of success.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment and maximize business opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market insights, and business forecasts for senior management.
- 5 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in Civil/Construction/Building Materials
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving growth.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed.
