- Develop a deep understanding of SITA ’s value chain and legal entity structure and nuances of the SITA ’s Group Transfer Pricing Policy
- Establish and oversee the SITA transfer pricing management process in collaboration with stakeholders within the SITA Group, including understanding and monitoring of entity functions across SITA’s footprint, and ensuring the implementation and monitoring of appropriate arm’s length pricing and transfer pricing documentation
- Review and work in cooperation with intern and external advisers on the quantitative and/or qualitative analysis with respect to different inter-company transactions
- Review the consistency off and validate the output from the operational TP process & tools (one stream based), including TP calculations, reports etc.
- Proactively identify and manage transfer pricing risks by ensuring consistent application of transfer pricing practices and documentation for intercompany transactions
- Manage strategy and input to tax audit requests related to transfer pricing matters.
- Provide input and support on the legal entity forecasting and closing process working with regional and corporate finance teams and as such, assist in the implementation of the TP policy
- Manage the update of the required benchmarks across the SITA Group
- Manage and update the content of the SITA Group Master File and Local File country templates.
- Lead the tax digitalization of the transfer pricing function.
- University Degree in in tax, accounting, science, law, economics, business administration or a comparable background or equivalent
- 8-10 years' experience as a transfer pricing manager in the transfer pricing department of a major international accounting firm, law firm or equivalent. In-house in a medium to large international company is a plus.
- Experience working with ERP systems and operational transfer pricing is a strong plus.
- Experience in transfer pricing calculation in an international multi-currency environment.
- Experience working with teams from various backgrounds professionally and culturally.
- Experience in preparing and delivering analyses to senior management.
- Ability to analyze and discuss complex business, transfer pricing and accounting transactions with business partners in a simple, clear way.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to multi-task, stand up to pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrate unfailing business ethics, ability to use sound judgement, discretion and professional integrity.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; other languages are beneficial.
