We are looking for candidates to support with the delivery of global entity management services for our clients, working alongside our growing team of industry experts. You will have direct exposure to large international corporate clients, including FTSE 100 and Fortune 500, as well as to an ever-growing international network, working together in a global market to deliver exceptional entity management services.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Consultant you will be the day-to-day lead for the provision of services for a large client portfolio, working with our market leading technology to meet SLAs and deliver an exceptional service to our clients.You will be responsible for service delivery and oversight of the Consultants work who will support on the client portfolios, as well as providing effective reporting to the management team. You will also have an opportunity to work with management on a wide range of projects, such as entity rationalisations, M&A, change management and corporate change services, all on a global scale.Other key responsibilities:
  • Be the day-to-day lead in the coordination of multi-jurisdiction managed service engagements, including, transition, health checks, on-going delivery and event driven changes.
  • Lead in day-to-day client meetings/calls.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Advise domestic and international clients on entity management, governance and transaction related matters.
  • Manage or support the delivery of governance advisory and managed service client engagements.
  • Supervise and coach junior members of the team.
  • Provide administrative and co-ordination support to colleagues with business development, marketing, new service development and delivery model improvement campaigns and initiatives.
  • Contribute to a variety of projects and initiatives as and when required.
  • Administer the on-boarding of new clients in accordance with company policies and processes.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to prepare client invoices and financial reports.
  • Work with the management team to drive continuous improvement through the global delivery model.
What will you bring to the role?To be successful within this role as a Senior Consultant you will have a high level of knowledge of global entity management, and or global corporate governance, preferably from a professional services background.
  • Desire to pursue a career within professional services and develop a wide range of global corporate services knowledge, entity management, governance and transaction related knowledge and experience.
  • Ability to take ownership for your work and drive tasks through to completion.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and team working skills.
  • Organised with strong project management skills.
  • An eye for detail and experienced at delivering to tight deadlines.
  • Strong written English, numeracy, analytical and comprehension skills.
  • Resilient and composed under pressure, proactive, self-motivated, take ownership/responsibility for own work.
  • Advanced IT skills (incl. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and experience of using legal entity management technology.
