About the position Technical Product Lead As an Technical Product Lead, you will oversee the development, execution, and enhancement of integration products or platforms. Must have experience in requirements gathering, designing, techniques/methodologies for developing performant and high-quality product and leading a team of developers to ensure the successful delivery and evolution of integration solutions. What you'll do for us Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead a team of Application Engineers, Integration architects and other cross-functional team members, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to delivery, working closely with engineering, consulting and development teams. Understand and use o9 proprietary software platform along with standard technologies such as Python, Spark, PySpark, DataLake, DeltaLake. Product Roadmap: Work closely with the Product Owner to define and communicate a clear product roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and customer needs. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders, including executives, customers, and internal teams, to gather requirements, share product updates, and align on priorities. Product Performance Benchmarking and Analysis: Monitor, Benchmark and analyze the performance of integration products, gathering insights to drive continuous improvements and optimizations. Cross-functional Coordination: Foster collaboration across various teams, such as engineering, design, QA, and marketing, to ensure a cohesive and successful product delivery. What you'll have Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related field. Extensive experience (5-7 years) in leading product design and development activities, with a focus on integration products or middleware. Prior experience in Big Data technologies like PySpark, SparkSQL, Data lake, Delta Lake, python. Strong leadership skills with experience in leading a team of 3-4 developers and motivating cross-functional teams. Deep understanding of integration technologies, APIs, data formats, and enterprise architecture principles. Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent knowledge of industry leading development processes and leveraging open source technologies Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to drive product enhancements. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle. Relevant certifications (e.g., Product Management Certification) are advantageous. Preferred Additional Skills: Experience with cloud-based integration platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with emerging technologies in the integration landscape.
